    • Great car, great price, bad camera technology

Everything about this car is as it should be... except for the backup camera. I previously owned a 2012 Veloster equipped with a tech package and that system was far superior to the backup camera that is in the 2020 veloster ultimate. The 2020 backup camera doesn’t have distance sensors to tell you how close you are to an object when you’re in reverse, and the lense is CONSTANTLY dirty. I find myself cleaning the camera once a week, at least. When I owned the 2012, I cleaned the camera maybe once every three months. Still, a great ride for the money. Fun to hit the gas pedal in sport mode.
    • Veloster N exceeded my expectations

This car has been a great experience. I was a bit hesitant on getting this car. I watched endless number of videos. The more I learned about the car, the more I started to fall in love. I traded in my mustang and I don't have any regrets with that so far. I don't have enough miles to speak about reliability. No issues at 7k miles and 1.5 year of ownership. Based on what I see in the Facebook groups, the car is pretty reliable. I have had one weird issue with door latch freezing and not opening. I also track the car. It's a blast on track. With a few suspension modifications, the car becomes a rocket on track. People constantly compliment the car and how it looks going on track. If you are thinking of getting into doing track days, this is a great car to learn. The limits of the car is easy to explore. Since it's FWD, it's safer to push the car than a RWD car. That way you can easily keep up with higher HP cars. On the road, the car feels good. It's definitely stiffer than my previous car. In normal mode, the car is comfortable though. I have taken 4-5 hour road trips in it. No complaints. Being able to adjust bunch of different parts of the car is just amazing. Having a custom mode makes the car more livable. N mode is too stiff.

I paid 25k for the turbo unlimated edition. Here are the pros: 1. Amazing sound system 2. Ignition sound 3. sun roof 4. collision system 5. three drive mode (normal, sport, and economy) 6. Auto start 7. Heated seats 8. Read camera Cons. 1. Trunk space is a little small
